Its not only the Border-Gavaskar Trophy which has created a buzz around the country , rather a 3 match ODI series between Indian and Aussie women teams is also being played in great spirits. Australia has dominated the series so far with 2 wins ( 1st ODI by 5 wickets and second ODI by 122 runs ) and have sealed the series victory. It has been an all round performance despite the absence of regular captain Alyssa Healey.
3rd ODI of the series is scheduled to be played at iconic WACCA Cricket Ground on 11/12/2024. It is expected to be very hot sunny day which will be a challenge for players. Rest assured we will still expect a decent crowd of women cricket lovers. It offers a great opportunity for junior female players to see their national stars perform and get inspired. While Australia will look to continue their dominance , India on the other hand will try to finish off the series with a win to get some respite.
